New boat?

I am thinking of buying a boat to live on. I mean, I'm spending a fortune on rent, and could live pretty damn nicely on the right boat. I am seriously considering buying this. I'm going to take a road trip and look at it soon. To give you an idea of the space inside of an Islander 41, it would probably cost you $1500 a month to rent an apartment of the same size in a nice neighborhood in SF. It's a large studio apartment. It just floats.
